Do I need to be in shape already to start?

Absolutely not. We work with clients of all different fitness levels and backgrounds. It doesn't matter if this is your first time in a gym, we will tailor your experience to your unique needs and goals.

What type of workouts do you offer?

We offer personal training or group training for friends, couples or those who just like to work out with others. We use a combination of weight training, agility training, HIIT, and some of J-Star's own unique workouts.

Do you offer nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

Yes, we are happy to provide nutritional guidance as part of your experience being a StarFit client, and meal plans are available for an additional charge as desired.

How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?

At StarFit we strive to keep the atmosphere fun, positive and motivating so you get the most out of your workouts. We are known for J-Star's chalkboard wall where clients are able to write their own quotes or drawings each month and are constantly incorporating innovative techniques to ensure you never get bored with your time as a StarFit client.
